Position Overview

As a Cloud Business Operations Manager, you will work directly with senior leadership to drive the day-to-day operations of Antraweb's Cloud Business.

You will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, customer experience, service delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and business performance while working closely with our technical cloud infrastructure team.

This is not a conventional operations role.

You will own business-critical initiatives, solve real operational challenges, analyse data, improve processes, and help build the next generation of enterprise cloud services.

Technical expertise is not expected on Day One. Curiosity, ownership, analytical thinking, and execution excellence are.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

- Drive end-to-end execution of cloud business operations.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Improve operational efficiency through structured process improvements.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
- Develop dashboards and management reports for leadership review.

Customer Experience

- Ensure seamless onboarding of new cloud customers.
- Monitor customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.




- Drive timely resolution of customer escalations through effective coordination.
- Ensure SLA adherence across cloud operations.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Work closely with Cloud Infrastructure, Support, Sales, Product Management, and Implementation teams.
- Align multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of customer commitments.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Process Excellence

- Design and improve standard operating procedures.
- Drive automation initiatives using AI and digital tools wherever possible.
- Identify opportunities to reduce turnaround time and improve productivity.
- Build scalable operational frameworks for future growth.

Business Analytics

- Analyse operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Support strategic planning through data-driven recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM from a reputed Management Institute.
- Specialisation in Operations, Business Analytics, Systems, Strategy, or General Management.
- 46 months of meaningful internship experience.
- Outstanding academic performance.
- Demonstrated leadership through internships, projects, clubs, or entrepreneurial initiatives.
