### What You’ll Do

• Document patient encounters accurately in EHRs

• Prepare charts and update patient records

• Assist with clinical documentation workflows

• Follow provider dictation and instructions

• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical notes

• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards

### Who We’re Looking For

✔️ Medical/healthcare graduates and freshers

✔️ Strong medical terminology & anatomy knowledge





✔️ Excellent English communication and listening skills

✔️ Strong attention to detail

✔️ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

✔️ Reliable high-speed internet & professional workspace

✔️ Willingness to learn and work in a US healthcare environment

*Prior scribing experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.**
