What you'll do

- Be the trusted point of contact for our HNI/UHNI clients, anticipating needs before they're voiced
- Deliver a consistently flawless, discreet, and personal service experience across every touchpoint
- Manage sensitive requests and high-pressure situations with calm and grace
- Coordinate across teams to make sure every client interaction is seamless
- Build genuine, long-term relationships grounded in trust and attention to detail

Who we're looking for





- Background as cabin crew / air hostess / flight attendant / cabin senior / purser, ideally with premium-cabin (First / Business) experience on a leading international carrier (Emirates, Etihad, Qatar, Singapore, Cathay, Vistara, Air India, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and natural warmth — you put people at ease instantly
- Proven composure under pressure and absolute discretion with confidential matters
- Impeccable grooming, communication, and professional presence
- Fluent English (additional languages a robust plus)
- Comfortable with irregular hours and last-minute changes where the role requires it
