Role Description

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help Scaleit.world grow its client base.

The role involves identifying potential clients, researching businesses and prospects, initiating conversations through social media, email and other channels, presenting our digital marketing and branding services, and converting qualified prospects into paying clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a consistent sales pipeline, following up with prospects, understanding client requirements, and working towards monthly client acquisition targets. The role also includes opportunities to target and acquire international clients.

This is a performance-based role with commission and additional incentives, making it suitable for individuals who are confident, proactive and motivated by results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients through Instagram, LinkedIn, email, Google and other platforms

• Generate leads and build a consistent prospect pipeline

• Initiate conversations with potential clients through DMs, calls, emails and meetings

• Understand prospect requirements and recommend suitable Scaleit.world services

• Present and communicate our digital marketing, branding and social media services

• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales process from initial contact to conversion

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and client acquisition activities

• Work towards monthly client acquisition targets





• Develop strategies to acquire both Indian and international clients

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients

• Coordinate with the Scaleit.world team during the client onboarding process

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Confidence in approaching and communicating with new prospects

• Interest in sales, digital marketing and business development

• Ability to research and identify potential clients

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing

• Previous experience in sales, business development or client acquisition is an advantage, but not mandatory

Compensation & Incentives

• 20% commission on revenue generated from successfully acquired clients

- Additional performance bonuses for achieving monthly client acquisition targets
- Additional incentives for successfully acquiring international clients

• No fixed monthly salary — compensation is performance-based
