Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Ranchi.

The Civil

Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and project specifications. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and site staff, and monitoring project progress and quality. The role involves performing site inspections, resolving technical issues, managing stormwater and drainage solutions, and preparing reports and documentation.

The Civil

Engineer will also support cost estimation, material selection,



and scheduling to help deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply core engineering principles on site.
- Experience working as part of a team of Civil Engineers, contributing to multidisciplinary project planning and coordination.
- Proficiency in project Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and construction workflow management.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related regulatory standards for infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar design and analysis tools) and basic MS Office skills.
- Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices relevant to construction in India.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site reports, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently and on site in varying conditions.
- Prior in office high rise building construction exerience in or around Ranchi is an advantage.
