Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and experienced Civil Engineering Trainers / Mentors to deliver industry-oriented training programs. The candidate will be responsible for training students in core civil engineering concepts, software tools, and practical site knowledge to make them job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging training sessions on civil engineering topics such as:
- Construction & site execution
- Quantity surveying & estimation
- Structural concepts and materials
- Provide hands-on training in tools like:
- AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla software, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SketchUp, etc.
- Develop and update training materials, assignments, and real-time case studies
- Conduct practical demonstrations and project-based learning sessions
- Mentor students and guide them on career paths in civil engineering
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and feedback
- Support placement activities by preparing students for interviews
- Stay updated with current industry trends and technologies

________________________________________ Roles & Responsibilities (Mentor Perspective):
- Act as a career mentor and guide students toward industry readiness
- Provide real-time insights into construction practices and site challenges
- Assist students in understanding drawings, BOQs, estimation, and billing
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring
- Motivate and track student progress regularly

Required Qualifications

- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 05-10 years of experience in:




- Teaching / Training OR company side experienced candidates, those are willing to teach or coach the candidates
- Construction / Site Engineering
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals and software tools
- Good communication and presentation skills

- Strong practical knowledge of civil engineering concepts
- Ability to explain technical topics in easy terms
- Hands-on experience with CAD/BIM tools
- Training and mentoring ability
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty, or mentor in edtech/training institutes
- Experience in real-time construction projects
- Passion for teaching and student development
- Immediate joiners preferred

- Based on last drawn CTC and interview performance
