Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Surat.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing civil engineering solutions for commercial, government, corporate, and residential projects. Daily tasks include preparing and checking structural and civil drawings, coordinating with architects and project consultants, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves planning site layouts, overseeing stormwater management design, and supporting project execution through regular site visits and inspections.

The Civil

Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams,



provide technical input during project meetings, and assist in resolving design and construction issues.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to develop practical and compliant project solutions.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on multidisciplinary projects, collaborating effectively with architects, planners, and other consultants.
- Skills in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource planning, and integration of civil works with overall project design.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design, including drainage systems and flood mitigation measures.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, IS standards, and local regulations.
- Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar tools) and MS Office.
- Ability to conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
- Prior experience in commercial, corporate, or high-rise residential projects is an advantage.
