The Role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder as a strategic and execution partner, importantly - as an Operator.

The role will involve working across the highest-priority areas of the business — helping the Founder make better decisions, translating priorities into action, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring that important initiatives move forward with speed and accountability.

This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who can operate with limited direction, bring structure to ambiguity, and move seamlessly between strategy, problem-solving, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Founder’s Office & Strategic Execution
- Work closely with the Founder on key business priorities, strategic decisions, and growth initiatives.
- Translate the Founder’s vision and priorities into clear goals, action plans, owners, and timelines.
- Act as a central point of coordination across critical initiatives and ensure consistent follow-through.
- Prepare the Founder for important meetings and decisions through research, analysis, data,



and structured recommendations.
- Independently take ownership of strategic projects from problem definition through execution and outcomes.

Business Management
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's key metrics, priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Drive regular business reviews and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and deliverables.
- Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and areas requiring Founder intervention and proactively address them.
- Track progress against key company goals and ensure accountability across teams.
- Help establish systems, processes, and operating rhythms that enable the company to scale effectively.

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with leadership across Sales, Brand Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Operations, and other functions.
- Drive initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
- Step into high-priority or ambiguous problems that don't have a clear owner and drive them to resolution.
- Represent the Founder and company priorities internally when required.

Strategic Projects & Growth
- Support the Founder on new market expansion, business development, partnerships, hiring,



and other strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and new business initiatives.
- Build business cases, financial/operational analyses, presentations, and decision frameworks as required.

What We're Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in Chief of Staff, Founder’s Office, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup.
- Strong ability to work directly with founders or senior leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong business judgment.
- Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and drive them towards outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and prioritisation abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools.
- High ownership, urgency, and bias towards action.
