We are looking for a creative and hands-on Chef Content Creator who combines strong culinary skills with a passion for food storytelling and digital content creation.

The role will be responsible for developing recipes, preparing and styling food, and presenting cooking content for camera-led production. You will work closely with the Content and Marketing teams to create visually appealing, engaging, and easy-to-follow food content for social media and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in the kitchen as well as in front of the camera. Practical cooking and food preparation are core requirements, while video-editing skills will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recipe Development & Cooking

- Develop creative recipes, serving ideas, pairings, and food concepts aligned with campaign and product objectives.
- Prepare and cook dishes confidently and consistently for photo and video shoots.
- Adapt recipes and cooking methods for short-form videos, step-by-step demonstrations, and repeatable takes.
- Experiment with ingredients, techniques, flavours, and presentation to create engaging food concepts.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, ingredient handling, and kitchen organisation.

1. Food Styling & Camera Production

- Prepare and style food to ensure it is visually appealing and camera-ready.
- Work with the production team on shot lists, plating, props, timing, continuity, and retakes.
- Ensure consistency in food appearance, portioning, plating, and presentation across multiple takes.
- Present recipes, cooking techniques,



and food concepts on camera in a clear, engaging, and approachable manner.
- Support the development of scripts, recipe demonstrations, product integrations, captions, and culinary storytelling.

1. Content Development

- Develop ideas for Reels, Shorts, long-form videos, product demonstrations, recipe content, campaigns, and seasonal content.
- Identify emerging food trends, social-media formats, recipes, visual styles, and audience interests.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to translate product objectives into compelling food content.
- Review content performance and provide recommendations for improving recipes, hooks, formats, presentation, and audience engagement.

Required Skills & Experience
- 02 years of relevant experience in culinary, food content, hospitality, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong culinary skills and a relevant portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to cook and prepare food specifically for camera-led content.
- Strong understanding of recipe execution, food styling, plating, ingredient handling, and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to understand how cooking processes, textures, ingredients, and visual moments can be translated into engaging digital content.




- Comfortable working within shoot schedules, repeating recipes or cooking steps for retakes, and maintaining visual consistency.
- Good communication, collaboration, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with food, hospitality, FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, or product-led brands.
- Basic understanding of cameras, lighting, audio, and video production.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or AI-assisted image/video generation tools.
- A portfolio showcasing cooking, recipes, food photography, videos, or other relevant creative work.
