About the Role

Grandhi FinTax Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Partner to drive business growth through strategic partner acquisition, channel network expansion, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in B2B sales, channel partner management, international sales (US market), business development, and go-to-market strategy within the financial services or consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the Channel Partner Network across target markets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic business partners and alliances.
- Drive B2B sales, partner-led revenue generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
- Execute US Sales and International Sales strategies for financial and consulting services.
- Conduct cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling activities.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, RFQs, RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and commercial bids.
- Develop and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new services and markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on digital marketing campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead generation programs.
- Track sales pipeline, partner performance, revenue metrics, and business forecasts using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and partnership agreements.
- Support business transformation and growth acceleration initiatives.
- Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Conduct territory planning, market analysis, and demand forecasting.
- Represent the organization at industry events,



partner meetings, and business forums.

- Strong network within financial, accounting, tax, audit, or consulting ecosystems is an added advantage.
