Role Description This is a full-time, in office CCTV Installation role based in Ahmedabad. The position involves installing, configuring, and testing CCTV cameras and related security equipment at client locations. Daily tasks include running and terminating cables, mounting cameras and network video recorders, setting up power supplies and network connections, and ensuring optimal camera coverage.

The role also includes troubleshooting system issues, performing routine maintenance, documenting installation details, and providing basic guidance to clients on system operation.



The team member is expected to follow safety standards, comply with company procedures, and collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver reliable security solutions.

Qualifications

- Practical skills in installing CCTV cameras, routing cabling, mounting hardware, and configuring DVR/NVR systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, routers, switches) and familiarity with security system components.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely, read technical diagrams, and follow installation manuals and checklists.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve common CCTV and security system issues on-site.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Willingness to work on-site at various client locations in Ahmedabad and occasionally travel to nearby areas if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics, electrical, or networking is an advantage.
- Previous experience in CCTV installation, electrical work, or related security system roles is preferred but not mandatory.
