This is an Omnichannel Category management role. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about building wellness categories (Online and offline)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing category overall growth and profitability
- Region specific Assortment & Availability planning for all locations
- Competitive benchmarking and market research to drive recent assortment Initiatives
- Coordinate with merchandising teams to implement visibility solutions in stores and online
- Create store centric programs to educate/train front end teams to drive category penetration
- Engage with brands to plan buying and drive brand led growth Initiatives
- Create customer engagement programs to acquire/retain customers
- Work with cross functional teams to drive category goals and objectives
Qualifications
- Min 1-2 Years of e commerce/Retail category management experience
- Strong Analytical skills & ability to approach problems with data
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
- BTech/MBA from Tier1 or Tier2 schools
