RAYY is a discovery and booking platform for sports, fitness, kids’ activities, education, music, dance, art, entertainment and other local experiences.

We are building RAYY category by category, beginning with Gurugram. We are now looking for energetic, target-driven team members who can help us grow both our partner network and customer bookings.

About the Role

As a Category Growth Executive, you will take responsibility for growing an assigned category in Gurugram.

Your role will cover the complete category cycle—from identifying and onboarding suitable partners to generating customer bookings through local promotions, community outreach and BTL activities.

This is a field-intensive sales and growth role. It is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, interacting with customers and working towards explicit monthly targets.

- Sports and fitness
- Kids’ activities and education
- Music, dance, art and hobbies
- Entertainment, play zones and events
- Workshops and other local experiences

Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition and Management

- Identify academies, coaches, studios, centres, play zones and activity providers within the assigned category
- Contact prospective partners and schedule meetings
- Present RAYY’s platform and business offerings
- Manage the sales process from initial conversation to partner onboarding
- Ensure that partner information, pricing, activities and availability are correctly listed
- Maintain regular relationships with onboarded partners
- Help partners generate bookings and adopt relevant RAYY solutions

Customer Growth and BTL Activities
- Generate customer awareness and bookings for the assigned category
- Conduct on-ground activations in residential societies, schools, events and local communities
- Support stalls, demonstrations, workshops and promotional campaigns
- Follow up with customer leads and help convert enquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with the marketing team on local campaigns, offers and category promotions




- Collect customer and partner feedback to improve the category offering

Category Ownership
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective and onboarded partners
- Track partner activation, customer enquiries, bookings and revenue
- Achieve monthly partner onboarding and booking targets
- Identify gaps in category coverage across different Gurugram locations
- Submit regular updates on meetings, closures, activations and results
- Take ownership of the overall growth of the assigned category

What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development, category operations or customer acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in meeting business owners and presenting products
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups and fieldwork
- Ability to manage both partner relationships and customer interactions
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to travel locally across Gurugram
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

Experience in sports, fitness, education, kids’ activities, events, entertainment, hospitality or local commerce will be preferred. Exceptional freshers with strong communication skills, field-sales aptitude and a target-oriented mindset may also apply.
