Job Title: Catalogue Executive (Freshers)

Location: Lower Ground Floor, A & M Supplies India Private Limited, A-41, Block B, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Saidabad, New Delhi, Delhi 110044

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Catalogue Analyst to manage, analyze, and maintain product catalogue data with high accuracy and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of products, especially in mechanical and electrical categories, along with excellent data management skills.

Preferred Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, validate, and maintain product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. Ensure accuracy and completeness of product data by conducting regular audits and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new products and categories to be added to the catalog.
- Categorize and classify products based on predefined taxonomies or internal guidelines. Data Analysis and Optimization: Conduct keyword research to optimize product titles, descriptions Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate and consistent product information across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain updated product data and resolve any catalog-related issues. Act as a subject matter expert on product catalog-related queries and provide training to recent team members, if required. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies,



and best practices related to catalog management and e-commerce. Propose and implement process improvements to streamline catalog management workflows and enhance data quality.
- Participate in testing and implementation of new catalog management tools and systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in B-tech (mechanical, Electrical, ECE, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
