I’m looking for a Category Development Head to lead a high-growth retail category in the clean-energy space.
This role is ideal for a business-oriented product leader who can operate at the intersection of Category Management, Market Intelligence, P&L;, Product Strategy and Operations .
- Own the category as a business — Revenue, Margin & Inventory
- Drive competitive benchmarking and hyper-local market intelligence
- Build district-level profitability and unit economics frameworks
- Translate customer/dealer insights into product roadmap and feature enhancements
- Strengthen pricing discipline, SOPs and Sales–Supply Chain alignment
- Work closely with R&D;, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain to accelerate time-to-market
