Role Description The Case Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing client immigration cases from initial intake through completion, including gathering and verifying documentation, maintaining accurate case records, and updating case status in internal systems.

The specialist will coordinate with clients and relevant stakeholders, provide regular case updates, and clarify procedural requirements and timelines. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, identifying appropriate services or interventions, monitoring case progress,



and ensuring adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role also requires collaborating with team members to improve case workflows and contribute to a client-centered, service-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong Case Management and Case Management Services skills, including intake, assessment, planning, and follow-up.
- Background in Social Work and Social Services, with the ability to understand client needs and connect them to appropriate resources.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex information clearly and maintain professional client interactions.
- Experience with immigration or legal service environments is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software and case management tools or CRMs.
- Bachelor’s degree
