Car Sales Consultant – Current Car Showroom

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their car requirements and budget.
- Explain vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
- Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, phone calls, online enquiries, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Negotiate with customers and assist with booking and documentation.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer records and update sales leads in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat/referral business.

Requirements:

- 12th pass or graduate preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Customer-service oriented and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of cars and automobile features.
- Sales experience in automobiles, retail, banking, insurance, or similar industries is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
