Job Summary

We are looking for a Capital Markets professional with 1-3 years of experience in capital market operations and tax-related processes. The candidate will be responsible for transaction processing, tax validation, reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and validate capital market transactions including equities, bonds, and other securities.
- Handle tax-related processes associated with capital market transactions.
- Perform tax validation, withholding tax checks, and tax calculations as applicable.
- Conduct daily cash, position, transaction, and tax reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve transaction and reconciliation breaks within defined SLAs.
- Prepare and validate tax reports, operational reports, and MIS.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Client Services.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.




- Support month-end and year-end activities related to capital markets and tax processing.
- Identify process gaps and assist with process improvement and automation initiatives.

Required Skills
- 13 years of experience in Capital Markets / Securities Operations / Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience with tax-related processes in capital markets is preferred.
- Understanding of withholding tax, tax deductions, and tax reporting.
- Knowledge of trade processing and reconciliation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant financial-services experience will be preferred.
