We are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with a strong background in accounting, financial management, and banking operations. The ideal candidate will oversee complex financial processes, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements as per IFRS/IND AS/GAAP.

- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures.

- Supervise general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.

- Banking & Treasury Management:

- Oversee banking operations, cash management, and liquidity planning.

- Monitor bank relationships, manage borrowings, and optimize interest costs.

- Ensure compliance with RBI/SEBI guidelines (or relevant regulatory authorities).

- Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Advise management on cost optimization and profitability improvement.

- Audit & Compliance:

- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.

- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and financial compliance standards.

- Implement internal control mechanisms to mitigate risks.

- Team Leadership & Mentoring:

- Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals.

- Establish best practices, streamline processes,



and improve reporting efficiency.

- Strategic Financial Advisory:

- Provide insights for business expansion, investment decisions, and funding strategies.

- Evaluate financial performance, banking products, and investment options.

Required Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.

- 10–15 years of experience in accounting, finance, and banking operations.

- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, corporate finance, and accounting standards.

- Expertise in financial reporting, audits, and compliance.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar).

Preferred:

- MBA (Finance) or equivalent additional qualification
