About The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with solid B2B sales experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, industrial services, or SaaS.

The role involves driving new business for warehouse safety consulting and technology-led solutions, while building strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, pitch, and close new B2B opportunities
- Sell rack audit, structural safety consulting, and Digital Twin/software solutions
- Build relationships with operations, safety, engineering, and procurement stakeholders
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Support product demos, PoCs, and pilot projects
- Track leads and sales performance through CRM tools




- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Conduct warehouse site visits for client engagement, industry mapping, and technology demonstrations

What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of strong B2B sales experience
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, industrial services, or SaaS
- Understanding of warehouse operations, racking systems, safety, and compliance
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable selling both services and technology solutions
