About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Junior Manager who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and driving execution.

This is a high ownership role for someone who is analytical, detail oriented and excited about working across multiple business functions. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team, suppliers and internal stakeholders to build efficient operations that enable the company to scale.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations

- Continuously improve existing operational processes while developing new workflows that support business growth.
- Create and maintain clear process documentation to ensure operational consistency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.




- Work closely with leadership and cross functional teams to implement process improvements.

Partner Success and Business Coordination
- Onboard new supply partners and build long term relationships.
- Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external partners.
- Resolve operational and trade settlement issues in a timely manner.
- Support day to day business operations by ensuring smooth execution across functions.

Business Analysis and Planning
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing studies.
- Prepare and interpret reports, business insights and operational dashboards.
- Support budgeting, resource planning and logistics performance.
- Monitor daily operations, identify priorities and help allocate resources effectively.

QualificationsExperience
- One to three years of experience in Business Operations, Business Development, Operations Excellence or similar roles.
- A degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience working in a startup or high growth environment is an advantage.

Skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.




- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with data to support operational decisions.
- Self motivated, proactive and highly dependable.
- Strong ownership mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
- Fluency in English is essential. Tamil language proficiency is highly preferred.
- A collaborative attitude and the belief that no task is too small when building something meaningful.
