Role Description The Business Manager (Interior Design) role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end business operations of interior design projects, including client acquisition, relationship management, and project profitability.

The Business

Manager will coordinate with design, sales, and execution teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Daily tasks include monitoring key performance metrics, managing project pipelines, resolving operational issues,



and supporting strategic initiatives to grow the interior design business. The role also includes preparing reports for leadership, optimizing processes, and ensuring consistent service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong business management skills, including project oversight, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Experience in interior design, home construction, or real estate operations, with an understanding of design workflows and client requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement, stakeholder coordination, and team collaboration.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools; familiarity with CRM or project management software is beneficial.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement and business growth.
- Prior leadership or team management experience in a service-oriented or design-focused organization is preferred.
