Job Title: Business Intelligence Officer

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technology-driven Business Intelligence Officer to support the Management in operational and research-oriented activities. The role requires a Life Science graduate with a good command of English and proficiency in computer operations/computer aided business practices.

The Business Intelligence Officer will manage high-priority projects, coordinate business initiatives, and ensure efficient execution of tasks.

What you will do:

- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, research briefs, and strategic documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Management.
- Use modern tools, including AI and digital platforms, to improve data analysis and information management.
- Conduct research, gather insights, and prepare Business Intelligence Reports.
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and project trackers.
- Draft professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.




- Monitor key deliverables and follow up with relevant teams for timely completion.
- Partner with commercial and sales leadership to remove operational bottlenecks.
- Support operational readiness for business expansion
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.

What we are looking for:

- Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, MBA from a reputed institution.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years in a dynamic business environment with exposure to international commerce and technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- English medium education
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, presentations, spreadsheets, and digital tools)
- Familiarity with AI tools and productivity platforms for research, analysis, and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail
