Overview We are looking for a dynamic Business Head to lead our broking and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the BFSI sector or broking distribution, with a proven track record of P&L; management and channel ownership. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on familiarity with partner economics, KYC, onboarding processes, and funding fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to build and enhance the partner and distribution network, particularly in Tier 2/3 markets.
- Manage P&L; responsibilities and channel ownership to drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of client support teams, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Foster solid relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and achieve business objectives.
- Implement effective onboarding and KYC processes for new partners to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.




- Analyze partner economics and performance metrics to make informed decisions and improve overall business outcomes.
- Embrace entrepreneurial approaches alongside traditional distribution strategies to drive innovation and growth.
- Maintain transparent communication regarding monthly performance metrics and business updates to all stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience: 8–12 years in BFSI or broking distribution, with proven P&L; or channel ownership experience.
- Hands-on familiarity with partner economics, KYC, onboarding, margin, and funding fundamentals.
- Experience in building a partner or distribution network from a low base, particularly in Tier 2/3 markets.
- Direct people-leadership experience across recruitment, relationship management, and client support teams.
- Comfort with entrepreneurial approaches to business, with a preference for experience in franchise-model education businesses or growth-stage fintech.
- Strong analytical skills with a straightforward relationship with numbers and performance metrics.
