About the Role:

Biotecnika is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Engagement Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates from a Science, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences background who have robust communication skills and are interested in customer interaction, relationship building, and professional growth. You will connect with students, researchers, and professionals, understand their requirements, explain relevant Biotecnika programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Explain Biotecnika's courses, programs, and services clearly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct program presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Guide prospective learners throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information using CRM tools.
- Work toward achieving individual and team performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.




- Stay updated on Biotecnika's programs and services.

Eligibility:

- Freshers / candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Only candidates who have completed their Bachelor's or Master's degree are eligible.
- Final-year students or candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.
- Educational background must be in Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Candidates with B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or related qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Sciences, Zoology, Botany, and related disciplines are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is an added advantage.
