Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying and developing current enrollment opportunities, building partnerships with local communities, schools, and organizations, and driving growth for the preschool and learning center. Day-to-day tasks include managing lead generation and follow-up, conducting presentations and school tours for prospective families, and coordinating marketing and outreach activities.

Manager will analyze market trends, track performance metrics,



and collaborate with academic and operations teams to align growth initiatives with the center’s educational vision. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and representing the organization at events and networking forums.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing enrollment or partnership opportunities.
- Experience with marketing and outreach activities, such as local campaigns, events, and community engagement to promote educational services.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in interacting with families, partners, and internal teams.
- Solid organizational and analytical skills to manage pipelines, track performance data, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Prior experience in education, preschool, or service-oriented sectors is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in the Pune Division and collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work ethically, inclusively, and with a strong customer-service mindset.
