Cindrebay School of Design is looking for ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Managers to join our Trivandrum team.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive student admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets

Manage and convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counselling and follow-ups

Lead and motivate the admissions/sales team to achieve performance goals

Develop business partnerships with schools, colleges, and industry stakeholders

Plan and execute marketing activities, events, seminars, and workshops

Monitor lead pipelines, conversion rates, and team productivity

Provide career guidance and course counselling to prospective students





Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure business growth

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Admissions, or EdTech

Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Ability to manage targets and drive team performance

Experience in team handling is an added advantage
