Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Dehradun.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and partners, and promote ADinterio’s architecture and interior design services in the regional market. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and coordination with the design and project teams to align client requirements with service offerings. The role also involves market research, participation in networking events, monitoring competitor activities,



and contributing to sales strategies and revenue targets. The individual will prepare regular sales reports, maintain an updated CRM or client database, and ensure a professional, client-centered experience throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, preferably within architecture, interior design, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in explaining design concepts and project value to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in lead generation, market research, and basic marketing or brand promotion activities to support growth objectives.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple prospects and projects simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site, conducting client visits, and collaborating closely with design, project management, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in business development or sales (2–5 years preferred) and familiarity with the Dehradun and Uttarakhand market is beneficial.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM tools, along with a qualified demeanor and commitment to ethical, inclusive workplace practices.
