Key Responsibilities:

- Generate recent business opportunities in IT Staffing & Recruitment.
- Build long-term relationship with the clients and generate business
- Develop business across international markets (US, Europe, APAC, Middle East, etc.).
- Drive lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closures.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Exposure to international markets and global staffing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
