We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in US B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, generating new leads and closing deals in the hospitality segment. This role requires solid communication skills, understanding of US buyer behavior, and the ability to sell high-value solutions in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market (B2B)
- Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
- Target hotel owners, procurement heads, and project stakeholders

Sales & Conversion

- Pitch our end-to-end hotel supply solutions (FF&E; + OS&E;)
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and close deals

Client Relationship Management

- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business




- Act as a trusted advisor for clients' procurement needs

Coordination & Execution

- Work closely with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics)
- Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
- Maintain CRM updates and track sales performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in US Sales
- Strong background in B2B sales (preferably hospitality, furniture, or construction-related)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (US accent preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zone

Preferred Traits:

- Experience in hospitality sales / hotel procurement / FF&E; / OS&E;
- Exposure to working with hotel brands (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, G6, etc.)
- Understanding of project-based sales and bulk orders
