Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, target-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong grasp of modern marketing standards to support business expansion. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, track government tenders, craft high-impact proposals, and represent our brand professionally to senior government stakeholders and enterprise partners.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Tendering

- Identify relevant high-value opportunities via GeM, CPPP, State e-Tender Portals, and public procurement platforms.
- Prepare comprehensive business proposals, tender documents, RFPs, and capability decks that align with official government formatting standards.
- Maintain a structured lead pipeline, accurate CRM records, and regular MIS reporting.
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and partnership acquisition targets.

Marketing & Brand Strategy Maintain high marketing standards across all outgoing collateral.

- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and audience research to position company offerings effectively against market alternatives.
- Collaborate with internal creative and technical teams to produce high-impact pitch decks, IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) campaign proposals, and executive summaries.
- Maintain outreach strategies to strengthen presence among government decisionmakers .

Client Relations & Outreach

- Conduct high-level client meetings (online/offline), present company capabilities,



and deliver clear post-meeting action reports.
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with Government Officials, PSUs, and enterprise ecosystem partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Any Graduate (BBA, MBA, BA in Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred).
- Experience: 6Months–3 years in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Proposal Management, Marketing. High-performing freshers with relevant internships and exceptional communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Marketing & Communication: Strong grasp of contemporary B2B/B2G marketing standards, strategic brand positioning, and executive-level corporate communication.
- Tendering Expertise: Working knowledge of government procurement processes, GeM portal workflows, and formal documentation protocol.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital presentation tools.
- Attributes: Robust negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities with a keen eye for visual and text formatting details.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel for key client meetings and field activities across Delhi-NCR and nationwide when required.

Pay: ₹11,582.57 - ₹30,000.00 per month
