Arthavriksha Advisory is a financial advisory firm focused on debt syndication, structured finance and capital raising. We work with promoters, businesses and real estate developers to help them raise funding from banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune.

The primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, make outbound calls, understand their business and funding requirements, generate qualified leads and arrange meetings with the senior advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients across real estate, manufacturing, trading, healthcare and other businesses.
- Make outbound calls to business owners, promoters, CFOs and finance heads.




- Understand potential requirements for project finance, working capital, construction finance, LAP, LRD, structured debt and other forms of business funding.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, databases and other sources.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the senior advisory team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, discussions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and meeting targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
