Job Summary

WRTL is looking for a hands-on C&I; Solar Sales skilled to drive CAPEX-based Solar EPC business across Gujarat and Maharashtra.

The candidate will independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer acquisition to techno-commercial proposal, negotiation, order closure and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new C&I; Solar EPC opportunities across Gujarat and Maharashtra.
- Acquire customers across manufacturing, industrial, commercial, pharma, textile, logistics, warehouse and other high-energy-consuming sectors.
- Drive CAPEX Solar EPC sales for rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through direct customer engagement, industry networks, consultants and references.
- Understand customer electricity consumption and coordinate with Engineering/Design teams for project feasibility and techno-commercial proposals.
- Present project economics including CAPEX, savings, payback and ROI/IRR.
- Lead customer discussions and commercial negotiations with CXOs, Plant Heads, Energy Heads,



Procurement and Finance teams.
- Coordinate with internal Design, Engineering, Finance, Legal and Projects teams through order closure and handover.
- Achieve assigned MW and Cr order-booking targets and support collection milestones.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- Experience relevant B2B Solar / Renewable Energy Sales experience.
- CAPEX-based Solar EPC sales experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of independently generating and closing C&I; Solar projects.
- Experience in rooftop and/or ground-mounted Solar EPC.
- Experience with 500 kWp+ projects; multi-MW project experience preferred for Manager level.
- Strong techno-commercial and negotiation skills.
- Existing C&I;/industrial customer network in Gujarat and/or Maharashtra will be an advantage.
