About Us

Rize Labs is building the cross-border payment infrastructure for medical tourism. We help international patients and the agencies that serve them move money across borders seamlessly, transparently, and at a fraction of traditional costs.

What You Will Do

- Serve as the bridge between Rize Labs and the medical tourism ecosystem, hospitals, facilitators, and international patient departments
- Leverage your existing network and firsthand experience to map how patients discover, evaluate, and pay for treatment across borders
- Identify and engage with patient case managers, international patient coordinators, and facilitator agencies to understand their payment pain points and introduce Rize Labs' solution
- Conduct patient and facilitator interviews to surface insights that shape our product and go-to-market strategy
- Help onboard hospitals and facilitator agencies onto the Rize Labs payment platform
- Act as a domain expert internally, translate real-world patient journey knowledge into product and funnel decisions

Must-have experience:

- 2+ years in a patient-facing role within an international patient department, medical tourism facilitator, or hospital with a dedicated international patient wing
- Direct, hands-on experience interfacing with international patients, coordinating their treatment journey, handling their queries, guiding them through hospital admissions, travel, and discharge




- Familiarity with the full international patient workflow: initial inquiry, treatment planning, cost estimation, visa/travel coordination, hospital admission, discharge, and post-treatment follow-up
- Understanding of how international patients pay for treatment today, wire transfers, currency conversion, advance deposits, and the friction that comes with each

Strongly preferred:

- Experience at a medical tourism facilitator company (not just a hospital), someone who has worked on the agency/intermediary side
- Existing relationships with international patient case managers, facilitator networks, or hospital international patient departments in Delhi NCR
- Exposure to the payment/billing side of international patient care, cost negotiations, advance payment collections, refund processing
- Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR

What matters more than anything:

- You have personally spoken to international patients, understood their concerns, and helped them navigate the system
- You know the people, the processes, and the pain points from the inside, not from a slide deck
