Business Development Associate (BDA)
? Location & Work Mode:
? Indore: On-site
? Rajasthan: Remote / Work From Home
? Experience: 1–3 Years
? Qualification: Graduation
? Personal Laptop: Mandatory
? Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM (May change as per Business Requirements)
? Working Days: 6 Days a Week
?️Week Off: Rotational (Monday or Tuesday)
About the Role
Arivihan Technologies Private Limited is looking for a target-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation through cold calling & outreach
- Pitching and converting prospects
- Handling customer objections
- Building relationships with students & parents
- Managing the sales funnel and achieving targets
What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong communication & persuasion skills
✅ 1–3 years of sales/cold calling experience
✅ Target-oriented mindset
✅ Ability to handle rejection and close deals
✅ Candidates from Rajasthan can work remotely
✅ Candidates based in Indore will be required to work on-site
✅ EdTech experience is a plus
