We are looking for a curious and motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our growing team. At Gnani.ai, you'll help build consumer-facing (B2C) mobile apps that bring AI-powered experiences directly to everyday users. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business research, new product development, market analysis, and emerging technologies.

This role offers hands-on exposure to identifying business opportunities, researching new products, understanding customer needs, and working with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into actionable product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities and emerging trends
- Research customer needs, pain points, use cases, and industry developments
- Support the team in evaluating current product ideas, business opportunities, and potential use cases
- Assist in preparing BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process flows, presentations, and research reports
- Analyse existing products and solutions to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Work closely with product, engineering, AI/ML, and business teams during product discovery and development
- Track developments in Generative AI, Voice AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies and explore potential business applications
- Support data collection, analysis, documentation, and preparation of insights for business and product decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in product development, business analysis, market research, and technology
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret information and identify insights
- Basic understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and product development
- Good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create clear and structured reports, presentations, and documentation
- Curiosity about AI, Generative AI, Voice AI, and emerging technologies is an advantage
- Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
