About The Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) to join our dynamic team at JRD Systems. This role is pivotal in managing and delivering complex technology projects that align with client and organizational goals.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical solutions while ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects involving application development, cloud integrations, and enterprise system enhancements, all within an Agile environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management and business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering technical projects. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.

Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or PRINCE2 are highly preferred. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP,



as well as experience with DevOps practices and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, will be advantageous. Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps is essential. Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and basic SQL knowledge is also important.

Responsibilities The responsibilities for this role encompass a broad range of project management, business analysis, and Agile practices:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, identify risks and issues, and coordinate resource allocation across teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, dashboards, and provide updates to executive leadership.
- Manage change requests, conduct impact assessments, and secure necessary approvals to ensure project stability.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements via BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to elicit detailed requirements and current-state analysis.




- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams and support UAT and solution validation processes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Track sprint progress, identify impediments, and promote best practices in Agile methodologies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
