Clickkerspot Media is looking for a strategic and client-focused qualified who can own the client journey - from discovery and strategy to execution and long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business, goals, target audience, and challenges

Develop customized brand and marketing strategies aligned with client objectives

Prepare and present marketing strategies, campaign ideas, and pitch presentations

Lead client onboarding and set clear project expectations

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Coordinate with Creative, Content, Photography, Video, Website, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams

Translate approved strategies into clear execution briefs for internal teams

Monitor project execution to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery

Conduct regular client review meetings and recommend strategy improvements





Identify opportunities for upselling and growing existing client accounts

Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

4–6+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Brand Strategy, or Digital Marketing

Agency experience is highly preferred

Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign planning

Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills

Ability to create marketing strategies and confidently present them to clients

Strong project management and team coordination skills

Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
