Role Overview

We're looking for a Brand Strategist who understands how brands grow in today's connected world. Someone who can think beyond campaigns, understand what makes people care about brands, and translate business objectives into marketing strategies that work across digital and offline channels.

You will work closely with account management, creative, and performance teams to build strategies that address client objectives across brand building, engagement, lead generation, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop brand and marketing strategies that align with client business goals and campaign objectives.
- Understand the client's business, category, audience, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, communication frameworks, and campaign approaches.
- Build integrated marketing plans across social media, search, content, influencer marketing, paid media, and other relevant channels.
- Translate client briefs into clear strategic direction for creative, content, media, and performance teams.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns stay true to the strategy throughout planning and execution.




- Review campaign performance, identify what's working (and what isn't), and recommend improvements based on insights and data.
- Recommend ways to improve customer journeys, websites, landing pages, and digital experiences to support campaign effectiveness.
- Support client presentations, annual planning sessions, workshops, and new business pitches.
- Keep up with changing consumer behaviour, emerging platforms, and industry trends to bring fresh thinking to clients.

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years of experience in brand strategy, communications planning, marketing strategy, or a similar role within an agency or brand.
- Agency Experience is a must.
- A solid understanding of brand building and how it translates across today's marketing landscape.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, content, paid media, and influencer marketing.
- Experience developing integrated marketing strategies for brands across different categories.
- Comfortable using consumer insights, research, and campaign data to shape recommendations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain ideas clearly to both clients and internal teams
