As the brand continues its expansion, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Brand Chef to lead culinary innovation, elevate food quality, and shape the future direction of the brand.

The Role The Brand Chef will be responsible for providing strategic culinary leadership across the restaurant group while overseeing the kitchen operations of the flagship location. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on innovation, menu development, research & development, and maintaining exceptional culinary standards across the brand.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will develop seasonal menus, create signature dishes, establish brand-wide culinary standards, and lead recent restaurant openings and concept development. You will also act as the culinary ambassador of the brand, ensuring consistency, creativity,



and excellence across every guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the culinary vision and strategy for the brand.
- Develop innovative seasonal menus and signature dishes.
- Drive research & development for new concepts, recipes, and products.
- Establish and maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations at the flagship restaurant.
- Mentor, train, and develop executive chefs and kitchen teams.
- Source premium seasonal ingredients and build supplier relationships.
- Ensure food cost, waste management, and kitchen profitability targets are achieved.
- Support new restaurant openings and culinary training across locations.
- Stay ahead of global food trends while preserving the brand's vegetarian philosophy.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience as a Brand Chef, Corporate Executive Chef, or Executive Chef within premium or luxury restaurant groups.
- Strong background in modern Indian and contemporary vegetarian cuisine.
- Demonstrated success in menu creation, culinary innovation, and R&D.;

Salary- 1.75L INR Per month
