Role & responsibilities
- Sell SBI credit cards to walk-in bank customers.
- Explain card features, rewards, EMI, cashback, and offers.
- Generate current customer leads through branch references and field activities.
- Help customers complete application forms and KYC documents.
- Maintain good relationships with branch staff and customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and incentives.
- Follow up on pending applications and approvals.
- Provide customer support for basic card-related queries.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems.
Preferred candidate profile
- 12th pass or graduate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales experience preferred (banking, insurance, telecom, loan, or credit card sales).
- Freshers may also apply in some locations.
- Comfortable with field work and target-based job.
- Local language + Hindi/English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
