Job Title: Branch Manager – Housing Finance - Mumbai

Job Responsibility

Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals

- Leading a team of RM’s and CSM’s
- Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA’s and Connectors
- Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks
- Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction
- Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flatsKey Skills:Key Skills: Positive Communication skills

Mandatory: Looking for only HL/Lap experience
