We are looking for an experienced BPM Lead with strong expertise in BPM solutions and a .NET development background to lead technical design, development, and delivery of complex business process solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design and development of BPM and software solutions.
- Design scalable solutions to address complex business and customer requirements.
- Lead BPM implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
- Review coding, testing, and technical documentation to ensure quality standards.
- Facilitate resolution of complex technical and production issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, product, and technical teams to understand customer needs.




- Drive release management and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Mentor team members and promote modern development methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 810 years of experience in BPM/software development and technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience in BPM technologies and workflow solutions.
- .NET / C# development experience is preferred.
- Experience with ASP.NET, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL Server, and enterprise application integration.
- Strong understanding of application development, solution design, and system integration.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive understanding of release management and production support.
