Biology Expert (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training

About The Role

What if your years of advanced biology training could directly shape how AI understands genetics, biotechnology, and the life sciences? We're looking for Biology experts with Masters or PhD-level credentials to tackle complex, real-world scientific problems — and in doing so, help build the next generation of AI reasoning.

This is a fully remote, versatile contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep domain expertise and a passion for scientific rigor.

What You'll Do

- Develop, solve, and review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, meaningful problem statements
- Evaluate and critique AI-generated scientific reasoning for accuracy, depth, and clarity
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen AI model performance
- Ensure scientific rigor, precision, and intellectual depth across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are





- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, etc.)
- Deep expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Comfortable working with Python or R for research or data-driven tasks
- Exceptionally clear written communicator — you can explain complex science without losing precision
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with a commitment to accuracy
- Fluent in English

Nice to Have

- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in academic research, lab work, or applied biotech
- Familiarity with computational biology or bioinformatics pipelines
- Experience translating highly technical concepts for interdisciplinary audiences
