Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP Modeler with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and MEP systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D MEP models, preparing coordinated layouts, and supporting BIM coordination activities for building services projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models based on engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Create and modify HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing/PHE, and other MEP systems as per project scope.
- Prepare MEP layouts, sections, details, and shop drawings.
- Work with Revit MEP to create accurate and construction-ready models.
- Coordinate MEP services with Architecture and Structural models .
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
- Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness,
and compliance with project standards.
- Incorporate design changes and update models accordingly.
- Follow BIM standards, LOD requirements, naming conventions, and BEP guidelines .
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams to resolve modeling and design issues.
- Support preparation of model-based quantity take-offs and schedules when required.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in MEP BIM Modeling .
- Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit MEP .
- Good knowledge of Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Understanding of HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing / Fire Fighting systems.
- Valuable understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes .
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and MEP layouts.
- Knowledge of LOD 300/350/400 modeling requirements is an
