We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage client billing, invoice generation, and basic office administration. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and be comfortable using ERP and billing software such as Vyapar, MyBillBook, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities Generate and process invoices for clients using ERP and billing software. Prepare accurate bills based on products, services, quantities, and agreed pricing. Use software such as Vyapar, MyBillBook, or similar billing/ERP systems.

Maintain accurate billing records and update transaction details. Verify invoices and billing information before sharing them with clients. Follow up on pending invoices and coordinate with clients when required.

Maintain basic sales, purchase, and payment records. Handle small office administrative tasks and documentation. Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.



Coordinate with the accounts and office team for day-to-day operations.

Ensure billing documents are properly organized and maintained.
