Position: Billing Engineer

Location: Hisar

Experience: Minimum 8 Years in High-Rise / Multi-Storey Construction Projects.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering.

:

- Handle RA Bills, BOQ, quantity measurement, client/subcontractor billing, rate analysis and material reconciliation.
- Handle material reconciliation and quantity reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Clients and Consultants for billing-related matters.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets and supporting documents.
- Monitor variation works, extra items and deviations.
- Assist in rate analysis, contract terms and payment certification.
- Prepare MIS and billing reports for management review.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills for certification and payment.

Requirement: Contractor-side experience is mandatory with robust knowledge of MS Excel and billing documentation & Auto Cad Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period who can join within 15 days preferred.
