We are looking for someone who has genuine hands-on experience in Behaviour Therapy/ABA, particularly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, ADHD, and other developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual 1:1 Behaviour Therapy/ABA sessions.
- Implement individualized behaviour intervention and skill-development programs.
- Work on communication, social skills, adaptive skills, attention, play and functional behaviours.
- Use appropriate ABA techniques such as reinforcement, prompting, shaping, fading and behaviour modification.
- Identify and manage challenging behaviours using appropriate evidence-based strategies.
- Maintain session notes, data sheets and progress records.
- Track children’s progress and modify intervention strategies as required.
- Coordinate with parents and other professionals such as OT, Speech Therapist and Special Educator.
- Participate in assessments, goal setting and regular progress reviews.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of qualified hands-on experience as a Behaviour Therapist/ABA Therapist.
- Experience working with children with ASD and developmental disabilities.




- Candidates with BCBA/BCaBA or formal ABA/Behaviour Therapy training are preferred.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Behaviour Analysis, Special Education or a related field with relevant clinical BT experience.
- Good understanding of ABA principles, behaviour management and data collection.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
