Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Beauty Advisor – Retail Sales role based in Mumbai.

The Beauty

Advisor will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance categories.

Responsibilities include demonstrating product usage, explaining benefits and ingredients, and educating customers about Kimirica’s vegan, cruelty-free offerings. The role involves driving retail sales through upselling and cross-selling, maintaining visual merchandising and product displays, and ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and inviting.





The Beauty

Advisor will also handle billing, manage basic inventory checks, process customer feedback, and collaborate with the store team to meet sales and customer experience targets.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver personalized recommendations.
- Solid product knowledge in beauty, skincare, and bath & body ranges, with the ability to explain ingredients, benefits, and usage clearly.
- Background or training in cosmetology or skin care, or equivalent practical experience working with beauty or wellness products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in retail beauty, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle environments is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Comfort with basic POS systems, billing, and inventory checks; attention to detail and reliability in cash handling.
- Passion for self-care, wellness, and ethical, vegan beauty products; willingness to learn and stay updated on brand offerings.
