? Key Requirements:
*5+ years of experience in Staffing & IT Consulting (excluding US Staffing)
*Solid knowledge of bench sales & consultant marketing
*Exposure to low-code platforms, data analytics, generative AI, ML & emerging technologies
*Offshore staffing model experience
*Excellent communication & negotiation skills
*Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office Suite
*Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
